  Tap a camera and you are watching within seconds. Switch quality between Auto, SD, HD and 3K so a weak mobile signal still gives you a moving picture.

• Pan and tilt by touch

  Press near the edge of the video and the camera turns that way — 349° side to side, 104° up and down. Save up to 10 viewpoints and jump back to any of them with one tap.

• Two-way audio

  Hear the room, and talk back through the camera speaker. Choose walkie-talkie style or a full conversation, with an on-screen indicator that pulses with your voice.

• It knows what is worth telling you

  Human-figure detection separates a person from a curtain or a passing car. Face, motion, sound, smoke, crying and tamper detection each get their own sensitivity and weekly schedule.

• From alert to footage in one tap

  A notification does not just open the app — it opens the exact recording covering that moment, scrolled to the right clip and labelled with what happened.

• An active deterrent, not just a witness

  Link any detection to the camera white light and speaker. Someone walks in, the light flashes and a dog barks — without you doing anything.

• Recordings you control

  Browse the memory card day by day, scrub to any moment, play back at up to 8× to skim a quiet night, and download clips to your phone so they survive a wiped card.

• Built for nurseries too

  Crying detection can turn the camera towards the child and start a lullaby from the camera own speaker, so they may settle before you reach the room.

• Privacy cover

  One tap blinds the camera on purpose. The lens stops sending any picture at all until you switch it back on — for when you are home and want the room to yourself.

The camera it is built for

WiCam is designed around a 5-megapixel indoor pan-and-tilt Wi-Fi camera (model WiCam One). The app asks each camera what it can do and hides any setting it does not support, so you never see a switch that does nothing.
